WINTER WILLIAMS

What inspired your ultimate spring break look?

I wanted to create an over-accessorized look, full of golds & rich accent colors to go along with the bold Miami vibe, which is my first stop for spring break! My look not only incorporates the Miami look, but also total Baham cruise vibes, which is the next part of my spring break plans! I think this outfit is a perfect combo & right on trend for any spring breaker!

Where is your go-to spring break destination?

Miami! If I could choose any beach in the country to live at, it would be Miami. With spring break being in early March, warm weather is crucial!! Miami not only provides that, but also beautiful beaches, amazing food, & top-notch entertainment! If you haven’t been to Miami, book a trip right now!

Your top tip for any students going on spring break?

My #1 tip for any student going on spring break would be to go with your besties! Your time in college is limited, so spend it with each other while you all have the same schedule! Once those 4 years are up, everyone will start to go their own ways, & it will be so difficult to get everyone together. Plus go somewhere fun! You’re only young for so long!

Number one clothing item/accessory for any spring breaker?

Definitely a (comfy) bikini, it’s the spring break uniform. You’re probably going to be in your bikini for a majority of the day, so comfort is key! The next most important would be a cute dinner dress that’s easy to throw on! If you have both of those, you’re all set for the perfect spring break!

What inspired your ultimate spring break look?

What inspired your ultimate spring break look?

I wanted to do something different, and something that would showcase who I am. When I saw the white satin shirt, I immediately knew I wanted to incorporate that into my look because I loved how you could dress it up or dress it down. I think the hardest part was trying to decide how to style it, but when I saw the scarf, that was what brought the rest of the outfit together. I chose to do a look that I could wear during the day but could also be turned into a night-time look. I picked a red bodysuit to complement the red in the scarf and because it could pass for a one piece swimsuit, and then added the belt, the clear strap tan heels, and lots of jewelry with two necklaces, the serpent earrings, and a bracelet.

Where is your go-to spring break destination?

For the past three years, I’ve gone to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico every year and have absolutely loved it, but this year my friend and I decided to try something new and we’ll be heading to Miami in two weeks! I’m super excited to experience something different, but since I haven’t actually been yet, I definitely recommend Cabo San Lucas as the go-to spring break destination.

Your top tip for any students going on spring break?

I think spring break is a time of the year for students that we look forward to all year, so the main thing on everyone’s mind is having fun, but when you’re going somewhere hot or humid (which a large percentage of students are), it’s important to stay hydrated and still to take care of your body! Lots of water and good food is essential to surviving spring break.

Number one clothing item/accessory for any spring breaker?

This one is kind of hard for me because I am THAT girl that checks in a fifty-pound suitcase for a six day vacation because I like to bring so many different swimsuits, clothes, and shoes with me for options but the one thing I always take with me (and a lot of it in that case) is jewelry. I always go and buy a bunch of jewelry every year before spring break because I know I’ll lose or break some of them, but I will always be wearing earrings, a necklace, rings, and my bracelets whether it’s during the day with just a swimsuit or completely dress up at night. I think jewelry is key to completing any look and you can see that by all the jewelry I’m wearing in this look too.
