PRE-ORDER TERMS

Items available for pre-order are indicated on the product page with an anticipated ship date. Please note that once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured upfront.

Your card is charged in full when you place your order. Pre-orders cannot be combined with in-stock items in the same order. Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to pre-order items.

Customers are limited to 2 units per size per order. Orders exceeding this limit will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Expected shipment date will be shared on the product page. If we are unable to ship by that date, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.

To cancel before your order ships, contact our Customer Service team. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
