The Brand

The Princess Polly online store was born in true startup style - out of a beachside apartment on the Gold Coast, Australia in 2010. Today, Princess Polly has grown to a team of over 200 people, based in our two offices in the beautiful Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast, Australia) and the vibrant West Hollywood (Los Angeles, USA).

We're here for our gals all over the world. Our products are inspired by the latest trends in fashion, street style, and pop culture, allowing us to be the go-to place to shop the newest looks. And with the fastest free delivery and easy returns, our girls are ready to wear it this weekend.

Many of the Princess Polly team started out as Princess Polly customers, which is why we're obsessed with fashion - we love our brand, and we adore our customers. We show up to work each and every day with one goal: to provide the best customer experience for our gals all over the globe.

Ethical and Sustainable Fashion

We consider and respect all people involved at every level in the fashion industry and we have a policy for the standards we expect. You can view our Human Rights Policy here.

Our brand started off small, now that we've grown we have a roadmap to ensure we source and manufacture products that are ethical and sustainable. We are dedicated to better understanding our supply chain, their operations and manufacturing processes to ensure they meet our standards.

In 2020, we will be releasing our Five Year Ethical Trade and Sustainability targets.

The vast majority of our product is designed in Australia and manufactured in Guangzhou, China, where we have been working with our manufacturing partners in China for over ten years. We do not outsource to other manufacturers around the world who have questionable practices. We only manufacture our products in small quantities based on customer demand, and therefore do not end up with any amount of unwanted product. We don't aim to make products at the cheapest price, we strive for good quality products while keeping prices reasonable.

As part of our five year goals, in 2020 we are implementing an independent audit program to work with our manufacturing partners to ensure they meet our standards outlined in our Human Rights Policy. We will also release our five year targets for using sustainable fabrics and practices.

Authenticity

We strive to represent all women all over the globe. For over two years now, we've had a no-photoshop policy. We don't edit or touch up any of the models in our photography across the website.
