Equality & Community
Creating an inclusive and safe space while supporting causes that matter.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
We have the opportunity to support communities, causes and charities that resonate with our mission. We partner with organizations that support the mind, the body, equality and the environment.
To date, we’ve donated $1,700,000 USD to our charity partners.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
With a large online global reach, we have the platform to highlight the importance of representation and diversity within the fashion industry. Ensuring our marketing is representative of all people helps us ensure that diversity, inclusion, and belonging is at the center of everything we do.
As a business, we also perform internal assessments to identify any opportunities or barriers to inclusion and have implemented a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy to address any gaps. Our leaders undergo inclusive leadership training, and we have also formed an employee-based Diversity and Inclusion Committee to help us create more amazing team experiences and employment opportunities in the years to come.
RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN
As an Australian business founded on Kombumerri Land, Princess Polly acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the Traditional Custodians. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. This land was and always will be First Nations Land.
Princess Polly is working with intention and purpose to build connections with our local Indigenous community, listen to their stories with respect and gratitude, and make sure all First Nations peoples feel heard, seen, culturally safe, represented and valued.
We were extremely proud when Reconciliation Australia endorsed our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in July 2023. For us, our RAP is the chance to formalise our existing work and take new, informed steps to support and uplift Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Over the next year, and into our future, the entire Princess Polly team is excited to meaningfully engage and work with First Nations peoples, to create a more reconciled and equitable home country.
We thank all our First Nations partners who have contributed to our Reflect RAP.

Murrup works in some of Australia’s most remote communities and delivers a suite of programs that support First Nations young people in building the skills and confidence they need to realize their potential. Princess Polly supports the Horizons program, which allows young people to imagine pathways for their future and plan for their life after school.
