    Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase and Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Princess Polly USA, Inc (we, us, our or Princess Polly) and you.


    Princess Polly reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time.

    You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

    You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Princess Polly is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

    Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.


    All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in US Dollars (USD). Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.

    We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.


    Princess Polly accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and Paypal.

    After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.


    We recognize that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.

    We use the highest strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This means absolute security and privacy. SSL is a sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website servers.

    We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.

    We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

    We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.


    Princess Polly may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

    Failure to provide additional details upon request may result in cancellation and refund of the order.

    You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.


    Should a Product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at hi@princesspolly.com with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.


    Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy.


    The goods will be imported on behalf of the customer. The customer authorizes Princess Polly to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the customer agrees Princess Polly may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The customer will pay the duties & taxes in addition to the purchase price of goods.

    (a) to third party technology providers including Shopify and NetSuite which are online solutions we use to process customer orders and manage internal human resource functions;

    (d) to any other third parties incidental to us carrying out our functions; 
    (e) to other service providers or referral partners in order to provide our services to you, or to assist our functions or activities (such as law firms);
    (f) where you otherwise provide your consent, whether express or implied; and
    (g) where otherwise required by law.

    7. Overseas disclosure

    7.1 From time to time, we may disclose your personal information to overseas recipients if it is necessary to conduct our business.

    7.2 We currently have operations in Australia, and the United States and personal information is disclosed in those jurisdictions. We also use cloud-based solutions such as Shopify, NetSuite and EDI that store personal information securely primarily in the United States of America and the United Kingdom. We may from time to time expand our operations and/or change the cloud-based or other solutions used to store personal information.

    7.3 We take reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving party provides commitments regarding privacy and confidentiality which are at least equal to the Australian Privacy Principles or applicable privacy protection laws that offer at least the same level of protection as that required under the Privacy Act in Australia.

    8. Storage and security of personal information

    8.1 Where we hold your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information is secure and may only be accessed by authorised persons. Where we store your personal information electronically on our database, we use secure servers and there are restrictions as to who has access to that information through password protection. All hardcopies of personal information are stored in lockable rooms.

    8.2 Although we take reasonable steps, we are not responsible for third party circumvention of security measures on our electronic databases or at any of our premises. Please note that third party recipients of personal information may have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their actions, including their handling of personal information.

    8.3 We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your information. Further, we cannot guarantee that only authorised persons will access your personal information. Please notify us immediately if you believe there has been any unauthorised access to your information.

    8.4 We keep personal information as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or otherwise in compliance with our or our service providers’ data retention policies. If any personal information that we hold is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no applicable law requires us to retain that information, we will take reasonable steps to de-identify or destroy the information.

    9.1 We will take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we hold is complete, up to date and accurate, so far as it is practicable for us to do so.

    By subscribing to text marketing notifications you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages and shopping cart reminder messages at the phone number provided. We determine cart abandoned by using a cookie and check whether the existing user has already opted in for text marketing.

    If you do not wish to be part of our service you can unsubscribe at any time by testing STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message received from us. You may get another text message confirming your unsubscribing from our service. You also agree that by sending an email, calling in, or sending any other means of opt out unsubscribe request or using words different than the ones presented above will not be reasonable means to unsubscribe you.

    When you opt in for our service you may expect to get occasional texts concerning latest Text Alerts, Surveys, Welcome messages, Customer win-backs, Text Campaigns, Giveaways, Flash Sales, Upsells.

    If your device does not support MMS we will deliver a SMS instead and strip the image. The opt out will also be delivered as a standard text message (SMS)

We will inform you whether we will conduct an investigation, the name, title, and contact details of the investigating officer and the estimated completion date for the investigation process. We will aim to ensure that your complaint is resolved in timely and appropriate manner.

    Program Eligibility and Membership

    The Princess Polly Rewards Program is a tiered loyalty and rewards program that consists of four (4) tiers based on total number of points: General Admission (1-299), Front Row (300-699), VIP (700-2499), and Backstage Pass (2500+). There is no purchase, payment or credit card required to sign up for, join and/or participate in the Rewards Program. To be eligible for participation in the Program, you must be a princesspolly.com account holder and at least thirteen (13) years of age or older. We will not collect personally identifiable information from any person that is actually known to us to be a child under the age of thirteen (13). Persons under the age of eighteen (18) or the applicable age of majority in their legal place of residence (collectively, "Minors") must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian prior to participation in the Program. The Program is available only to individuals for their personal use and is limited to one (1) account per individual. Employees of Princess Polly and its subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions are eligible to participate in the Program only for personal use. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

    By joining the Program and becoming an Princess Polly Rewards member, you agree (or in the case of a Minor participant, the parent or legal guardian of such Minor must agree on the Minor's behalf) that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Princess Polly Rewards Program Terms of Use ("Terms") and by any changes or modifications that we may make hereto as well as all other terms of use and policies incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time at our discretion without prior notice to you. You should review these Terms and the related FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions of the Program as they may change from time to time. When we make revisions or modifications to the Terms or related FAQs, they will be posted on the website at princesspolly.com and will be effective immediately upon posting and will supersede all prior versions of these Terms and/or related FAQs. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement that you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services. By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our website Privacy Policy and website Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of any revisions to its Terms and/or related FAQs shall confirm your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and/or related FAQs, therefore you should periodically review them to be aware of any changes. If you do not agree to these Terms, our website Privacy Policy and our website Terms of Use, you cannot participate in the Program.



    You are automatically enrolled in the Princess Polly Rewards Program when you create an account on princesspolly.com. If you were an existing account holder on the day of Program launch (October 27, 2020), then you were automatically enrolled in the Program on that day. Only one Program account may be associated with a single email address.


    The Princess Polly Program allows you to earn points based on qualifying purchases. Points are not eligible to redeem as monetary value; however, the number of points earned will determine your tier. There are four (4) tiers that each have their own benefits. 

    Benefits and rewards may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis. Visit our FAQs and Rewards page to learn more about how to earn rewards.

    Program rewards cannot be sold and are non-transferable. Program accounts, rewards or benefits cannot be transferred to, shared or combined with any other person or Program member. All discount codes presented as rewards will expire 30 days after issuance and exclude items on sale and gift cards.

     If you return an item from a qualifying purchase for a refund to your original method of payment, you will lose the points earned for that purchase. However, if you return for a gift card or an exchange, you will keep the points earned but you will not receive new points when your gift card or exchanged is issued or redeemed.

      1. In case of dispute over who submitted a winning entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant.
      2. “Authorised Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail account by the provider and/or e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 
      3. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.  Entering multiple times will not increase your chances of winning, and subsequent entries by the same person will be disqualified.
      4. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations, accounts, or any other methods may void the entries, and that entrant may be disqualified, and any potential prize may be forfeited.

      6. Prizes are non-transferable, and the Promoter need not substitute a prize based on the winner’s request.


      1. Prizes will be sent to the winner within thirty (30) days from the date the winners are confirmed.
      2. Please allow two (2) weeks for prize delivery from the date of shipment. 
      3. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, and all costs and expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize that is not specified herein, are solely the responsibility of the Winners.

        1. One (1) winning entrant will be selected per prize during a random drawing conducted by Promoter on or about Tuesday, 30 November AEST 2021.
        2. The winning entrant will be contacted via the e-mail associated with their entry in order to verify eligibility and confirm the entrant as a winner.
        3. Winning entrants may be disqualified from the Promotion, and a new Alternate Winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries if time allows before the Re-Draw Date. Winners may be disqualified for any of the following reasons:

          3. The Winner has violated these Terms and Conditions, or

        1. In the event that a Re-Draw is required, it will be held on Friday, 3 December AEST 2021, and the Alternate Winner will be notified via the e-mail provided when he or she initially entered the competition.
        2. Any entrant who fails or refuses to sign and return the required documentation within the time period as specified by the Promoter may be disqualified.
        3. Once the winner's eligibility is verified, they will be confirmed as a Winner. 
        4. All of the Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to these Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, decisions related to its selection and determination of potential winners of these Sweepstakes, shall be final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal.


        1. Promoter may need to suspend or cancel the promotion if it becomes unable to conduct the Promotion as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond its reasonable control.
