Las Vegas takes the top spot overall, with almost 3,500 concerts scheduled for 2026, and the highest per-capita rate in the study, with 151 concerts per 100k residents. If live music is your fave weekend activity, this city is where you should be.
Nashville leads when it comes to venue density, with 6.76 venues per 100k residents, plus one of the highest average venue ratings in the Top 10 at 4.59. The music scene here 1000% lives up to the hype.
San Diego is the most affordable city in the Top 10, with the lowest average ticket price at $56 and the cheapest one-way Uber cost at $15. Those spontaneous plans in the group chat are a lot more doable here!
Austin hosts the most music festivals out of all Top 10 cities, with 11 festivals already scheduled for 2026. If your dream year includes back-to-back lineups, this one’s calling your name.
