The outbreak of COVID-19 has altered our daily lives in unprecedented ways.
We are doing everything we can to preserve the health and safety of our beloved customers and our dedicated staff.

In addition to creating work-from-home environments for our employees in our US office,
we have implemented elevated health standards at our US shipping facilities. 

To ensure we are available to our customers, our Customer Service & Social Media team is online as normal (remote of course!) to answer your requests.


Our returns window is set to 30 days, but please let us know if you require additional time due to COVID-19 constraints.

To increase safety standards, received returns will be quarantined at our shipping facility for 3 days before they are processed.
Please also allow at least 6 business days for your return to be processed by our team.
Refunds will appear back to the original payment within 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance times.
